Soil: Moist, fertile, well-drained soil.
Transplanting: Plant gently at same depth as in the pot.
Watering: Keep soil consistently moist.
Fertilization: Apply nitrogen-rich fertilizer (21-0-0) every 4–6 weeks.
More tips:
Mulch to retain moisture.
Harvest outer leaves regularly or cut entire head when mature.
Shade may help prevent bolting in warm weather.
