Thank you so much to everyone who made the 2025 Spring Sale a success!! I had so much fun, and am already itching to get started on next year's sale!
Robust, peppery leaves that add depth to Italian, Greek, and Mediterranean dishes.
Oregano is a perennial in Minnesota.
Sunlight: Full sun (6+ hours daily).
Soil: Well-drained, sandy or loamy soil.
Transplanting: Plant at the same depth as in the pot.
Watering: Allow soil to dry between waterings.
Fertilization: Fertilize lightly every 6–8 weeks with low-nitrogen fertilizer (5-10-10). Harvest regularly for best growth.
Other tips:
Harvest often to promote bushy growth.
Cut back stems after flowering to maintain flavor and shape.
While not as agressive as the mint family, consider planting in pots to prevent oregano from taking over your garden.
